Sloppy Ones does not host video files. Every video is embedded from its source. We act quickly on takedown requests by removing the listing and embed from Sloppy Ones, and we encourage you to also contact the source, which hosts the file.

Fastest option

Press Report under the video. It is hidden from the site immediately while we review it.

Formal notice

Send a notice to our designated agent (contact address to be published) including:

The URL of each page on Sloppy Ones you want removed.
A description of the copyrighted work, or the reason for removal (for example, non-consensual content or a person under 18).
Your name and contact details.
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate. For copyright claims, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are, or are authorised to act for, the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Content involving minors or non-consent

Report it immediately with the Report button and to the source. In the United States you can also report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC's CyberTipline. We remove such material at once and cooperate with law enforcement.

Counter-notice

If you believe a listing was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with the details required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g).
