Who may use Sloppy Ones

You may use Sloppy Ones only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and only where viewing sexually explicit material is legal. By entering the site you confirm both.

What Sloppy Ones is

Sloppy Ones is an index. It lists videos published by other websites ("sources") and shows them through each source's official embed player. We do not host, upload, store or re-encode any video. Each video stays on, and streams from, its source.

Content from sources

Sources are responsible for the material they publish, for verifying the age and consent of everyone who appears in it, and for keeping the records the law requires. We filter imports against a list of blocked words and remove anything reported to us while we review it. See our 2257 statement.

Acceptable use

• Do not use automated tools to copy or bulk-download the site.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the site's security or age gate.
• Do not use the report feature to harass or to take down material in bad faith.

Reporting and takedowns

Use the Report button on any video, or follow our DMCA and takedown process. Reported videos are hidden immediately while we review them.

Links and advertising

The site shows advertising and may link to partner sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Videos can disappear at any time when a source removes them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for content hosted by sources or for losses from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
